Who is the course for?

Everyone.  Whether you’re new to tennis or an experienced coach, there are tips here that help us all explain things more efficiently and play naturally.  We’ve had pure beginners come out and hit long rallies, understanding how to spin the ball immediately, and we’ve helped tournament players shore up their shaky forehands.  So no matter where you are in your journey, this course can help you.  Remember, we shared the knowledge we found, so please do the same if it helps you, pass it on, as knowledge belongs to us all.

How to make sure your wrist does the right thing and avoid open racket faces.

Video 2.5 Minutes

More good technique knowledge for you.  Watch this and know how your favorite touring pro hits their forehand.

Understand the pure purpose of your forehand and what you’re doing when you hit it.  Now stop thinking.

Video 2.5 Minutes

Bonus explanation of where to aim for consistency.  Different terms used for different minds.

Video 4 Minutes

This may seem like a lot, but know that this information is always here for you.

There is no need to overthink.

When we play, clear your mind, and just do it.  Athletes aren’t thinkers, they are doers.  So smile, be yourself, and be a performer out there.
